Tutorial: Bridge to the PMON L3

Download the Game

If you haven't done so already, download the game from battle.pmon.xyz. When you visit the website, you will be prompted to add the page as an app to your home screen. Log in via email and enjoy the simplicity of having an embedded wallet created through Privy. Once you are logged in, proceed to the next step:

Top up some Gas

The monster battler runs on a Layer 3 (L3) chain, built atop Arbitrum Orbit and provided by Altlayer. Since the game is entirely on-chain, you will need some gas to play. The L3 uses PMON as its native gas token. To make obtaining a few dollars of gas as convenient as possible, a quick deposit feature has been integrated. To use this feature, first navigate to the appropriate tab using the bottom navigation bar. Once there, click the profile image at the top right of the screen. You should see a screen similar to the screenshot below:

Now, hit the "Deposit" button, and the app will display an address for depositing some ETH on Arbitrum One. Send a minimum of 0.001 ETH to the address. As soon as the ETH is in the account, it will be automatically converted to PMON at the current market rate and deposited to the L3. Please note that PMON should not be viewed as an investment but is intended for gas usage only.
